Slow Your Roll + Stretch TherapyTM

By using foam rollers/lacrosse balls combined with Stretch TherapyTM and other mobility methods, we’ll unlock new ranges of motion while improving the muscle tissue quality. You’ll learn principles you can apply to your own mobility practice. If you like the rolling we start every class with, you’ll love this workshop and the changes you’ll experience...and even if you don’t, it’ll still be good for you ;)
