Muscles work together and act as functional units for many activities. In Kinetic Potential’s movement classes, we work to strengthen those complementary groups. In this long class, you’ll learn how to find and release tension for functional pairs of muscles (think hamstrings and quads - or glutes and - believe it or not, biceps). You’ll work on your own combining Stretch TherapyTM along with various neurological principles to leave feeling more balanced and relaxed in the entire body.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring water. No experience with Stretch TherapyTM needed.
