Explore Your Core, Part 1

Curious how to approach inversions like handstands, arm balances, and AcroYoga poses? In this specialty class, our main focus will be on the hollow body form to build core awareness and strength. We will explore different exercises and shapes in individual, partner, and group activities. These building blocks will create a foundation for our Part 2 class on April 4th where we will dive even deeper into fun Acro Inversions! All are welcome to join!
