Climber, bodyworker, trainer who has spent over half his life learning how to help himself and others move better. In addition to an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest in Health and Exercise Science, he has held certifications and done continuing education with RKC, Strongfirst, Circular Strength Training, MovNat, Agatsu, Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Release, Active Release Techniques, Neurokinetic Therapy, Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex, Be Activated, Postural Restoration Institute, Barral Institute, FMS, RockTape, Z-Health, Fascial Manipulation, John Brookfield, Yuri Marmenstein, Fighting Monkey, Ido Portal, and Klaus Isele. With over 20,000 client hours of experience in health and exercise and 800 plus hours of continuing education beyond the formal schooling, you won’t find anyone else with his unique combination of certifications, knowledge, and experience.
He has made it a priority to not just learn but apply the knowledge. As someone in their mid 40’s, he has continued to push himself athletically and is still setting personal bests. Kevin knows what it takes to progress. He maintains elite level strength in several areas and at one point he even held 2 grip strength world records in the 70kg weight class.
