In this two-hour class, you’ll learn how to work with a partner to safely and effectively maximize both your and your partner’s stretching potential! We’ll work in pairs to help you learn focused and useful partner stretches that you can practice outside the workshop. And of course, like any Stretch TherapyTM class, you’ll find and release tension in your own body during the workshop! You’ll leave with new skills and feelings of ease and relaxation in your body.
Wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring water. Experience with Stretch TherapyTM or yoga recommended. No need to have/bring a partner (though if you have someone you like doing activities with, you might want to).
