Yoga

Yoga classes are 75 minutes long and taught in the Forrest Yoga style. Classes integrate with weekly group fitness programming to help maximize gains and will also stand alone as separate classes that build capacity for more complex movements.

Each class will incorporate breathwork (pranayama), core work, strength and flexibility poses, and time for the body to integrate the movements (savasana). Expect to use your breath to fuel long, slow, holds, and to receive alignment cues and assists to help you learn how to ally with your body to stretch deeper, get stronger, and build mindful awareness.
